eStore – Squeeze Form reloads to top of page

I really like the ajax squeeze form [wp_eStore_free_download_ajax_fancy id=3] because it gives immediate feedback without reloading the page, but on my site the thumbnail picture links to the original media even though I have unchecked “Enable Lightbox effect on Images” in the eStore settings. Worse yet, this light box image can only be closed by using the browser back button.

So now I am using the standard [wp_eStore_free_download_ajax_fancy id=3] short code which doesn’t include the thumbnail image so no problem with the light box, but the page reloads after the form is submitted leaving no feedback that the operation was successful. Because the form is near the bottom of the page they don’t see the success message unless they scroll back down to it which isn’t very useful.

Is there a way to link back to the same area of the page when the page reloads?

I think the ajax version conflicts with the Divi Theme, so I’m kind of stuck using the standard short code.

If you turn off the lightbox option in our plugin then it shouldn’t do any lightbox on the image. Do you have another plugin or option in your theme that applies the lightbox on the image when you use the ajax option?

Not as far as I know. I do have a plugin (Divi Booster) which allows for this, but the option is turned off.

Sorry, I reread my message and see I used the Ajax shortcode in both instances. What I meant to say was that I have replaced the Ajax method with [wp_eStore_free_download_squeeze_form id=3] and placed a photo of the product to the left, but the page reloads and does not return to the form where the success message appears. How can I get the page to return to the success message. Can I place a page anchor for instance?

I have updated the plugin’s code so it uses an anchor (to send the visitor there) after an squeeze form submission. I have sent you an update via email.
