I am running into random issues of purchases being made and showing in PayPal but not always showing in the “Manage Customers” list or added to Aweber.
It’s not just one product it is several and at different times, which is making it hard to track down.
1) The site was moved to a new host April 28th (From GoDaddy to SiteGround)
2) All purchases from April 28th to May 14th were having problems
3) Requested updated version of plugin and updated the plugin – this fixed all purchases until June 2nd.
4) Then purchases from 2 different products started having issues again.
Sales Page – Both items on this page:

Have checked the product settings, Aweber list is correct, all other purchases are working correctly with PayPal.
Plugin Version 8.1.6
WordPress 5.4.1
Have had debug enabled since the recurrence of problems on June 2nd. No obvious (to me) problems showing.
Thanks!
No, sure what else to check, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
June 12, 2020 at 1:31 am #80693wzpModeratorAre you using any page caching plugins, or hosting level page caching? I understand SiteGround uses something called “Static Page Caching.”
June 12, 2020 at 1:34 am #80694adminKeymasterHi, If it is not going to the “Manager Customers” menu then that means our plugin didn’t receive the payment notification from PayPal or something has gone wrong when it tried to process the notification. That needs to be solved. Then the aweber issue will get solved automatically.
Using the debug log option is the best way to try to pinpoint what is going wrong with this. Do you see debug log data for the transaction that didn’t make it to the “Manage Customers” menu? Or there is just no data in the log for the transaction that didn’t show up in the eStore’s database?
June 18, 2020 at 2:00 am #80695pepperitmarketingMemberAdmin: I had turned off the Debug as we thought it was fixed and for several weeks. Once we had another sale not show up on the “Manage Customers” menu I turned it back on. Right now I do not have any debug info on those particular transactions.
It’s just odd that it’s so random and on different products.
We do not have caching on as plugin (turned off because of store issues), and no on the server I prefer the greater control with the plugin.
June 18, 2020 at 3:38 am #80696adminKeymasterSomething would have to be messed up or wrong for a transaction to not be processed by the plugin. The debug log will show what that particular issue is. So don’t turn off debug logging until you have hit a transaction with this issue. Keep the log enabled (there is no harm in keeping it enabled for months if you need to). You can reset the log data every week or so (if you want to).
