eStore- some fancy code not working

The issue I am having is that one set of fancy code is working but another is not.

This code is working correctly-

[wp_eStore_fancy2:product_id:1:end]

But this one is not

[wp_eStore_fancy5:product_id:1:end]

When I try that code I get this message-

Looks like you have entered a product ID () that doesn’t exist in the product database. Please check your product ID value again!

I have added the Extra Shortcodes and also did the update that was sent to me and followed these instructions-http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wordpress-estore-installation-and-usage-guide-31

but it is still not working.

Can you please let me know what I should try.

The following shortcode is wrong:

[wp_eStore_fancy5:product_id:1:end]

Check the extra shortcode PDF file again and use the correct shortcode.
