We had 11 purchases yesterday and only 9 of them made it to AWeber. Why would this be? They all bought the same product, from the same page with same link.
Now we have had one person who bought through a subscription and they were not added to the AWeber list? Yet it is connected.
That person who bought through a subscription appears in PayPal but not on the customers list in eStore or in AWeber.
Can you please enable debug and then share the output of the eStore_post_payment.debug and the subscription_handle_debug.log files after you’ve seen the issue occur again?
