I am looking at using eStore for a client’s art gallery to sell art. The art is not sold digitally, but the actual original painting or print is sold and I want to add framing options.
In the add product are, I did find a way to add framing options in the Variations, but I would also like to show them the rough difference that the picture would look like in different frames.
I tried to add additional versions of the picture with a frame around them in the Addition Product Details section under Additional Product images. It says there when you display your product using a fancy display with lightbox option, your customers will be able to view these images in the lightbox by clicking the next or previous buttons.
So do I need to buy WordPress Lightbox Ultimate plugin as well from you as well to make these work? I can’t seem to find how it would look in the any of the demos.
No, you do not need to buy the lightbox Ultimate plugin. eStore comes with a lightwight lightbox library that shows your product images in a lightbox by default when you use a fancy product display.
When you customer clicks on the thumbnail it will show the image in a lightbox if you enabled the “Enable Lightbox effect on Images” feature in eStore settings.
