estore shortcodes not working in bootstrap tabs

Hi, I am trying to make my main shop page tabbed. The tabs are titled by my categories and I want a certain category to display in each tab. I have downloaded the extra shortcodes and they work when they aren’t within tabs. Here is the code with just a few of my tabs.

The tabs show up on the page just fine, but the shortcode just spits out on the page instead of the products. Am I using the shortcodes wrong? Can they be used within tabs? I would like an easy way for my customers to sort through my products by category without creating separate pages. Some of my products have more than one category and I want to avoid duplicate content.

I’m not familiar with the bootstrap tabs plugin but….

Do any shortcodes work within the bootstrap tabs, ie, have you tested some shortcodes from other plugins? (not necessarily Tips and Tricks plugins)

Maybe the bootstrap plugin doesn’t allow other shortcodes nested within its own shortcodes.

ah thanks. I tried the gallery shortcode and that doesn’t work either. I think I’m going to try the nextgen plugin to get what I want. Thanks!
