EStore Shortcode Icon Not Appearing in my Editor

I noticed there was no Estore icon to choose shortcodes on my pages and posts editor. I then installed the Shortcode Inserter UI Addon. Still no short codes. Please advise. I am unable to add products to my pages. Thank you.

Something on your site is preventing/breaking the shortcode inserter in the post editor. Do you see any other shortcode inserter icon from any other plugin?

Thank you that worked. I can just copy and paste the codes. It does not matter if the drop down is there or not. Thank you.
