eStore: Shopping Cart Anchor Not Working

The Shopping Cart Anchor function works only sometimes. When it doesn’t, it goes to the bottom and then pops back to the top – cart is set at the bottom of the page. Ajax is turned off. Not using any Add-ons.

I can’t link to it because the site’s not live, and I can’t set it live if the function’s not working. I can give you a login if need be.

Using [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=1] in three different code blocks for different categories with

WP 4.3, latest Estore and Avada theme.

If you (temporarily) switch to a standard WordPress theme, does the problem still exist?

That was it, the theme, thanks. I ended up going with a sidebar widget.

…actually in mobile this is still a problem, as I’d like it to go to the bottom of the page after purchase. Is there any fix for this? Thanks.

On a mobile site, could you put the widget in the footer, instead of the sidebar?
