Hi,
My shipping variation option works very well for single items, but does not updates to reflect a change in product quantity. For example, the base shipping is 10.00, when I add quantity of 2 the shipping adjusts to 20.00. When I select an ‘extra cost’ region from the shipping variation pulldown menu, it only adds a flat rate on top, and not per item. How can I have the shipping variation adapt to the quantity of items?

The “Base shipping” and the “variation” amount are a ONE OFF amount that gets added to the cart. The purpose is to combine them and achieve a rule that closely match what you want to charge for shipping. If you want to simply multiply the shipping cost for each quantity. Then you don’t need to use the base shipping amount. Use an item specific shipping amount and that amount will be multiplied for each quantity of the item.
