I am using eStore version 7.1.1 with WordPress 3.9.2.
Several things not working while Sandbox Testing is enabled.
1. Debug – Nothing gets logged. Even resetting log files does not work.
2. Secure Merchant ID – PayPal reports “There was a problem” with the PayPal account (really helpful). Once I change the Merchant ID to the PayPal e-mail address, no more problem with the account. (Yes, I verified the Merchant ID is correct.)
3. PayPal Account optional – The optional guest signup becomes a PayPal account creation signup.
Both 2 and 3 are likely a problem in PayPal Sandbox only – not eStore. But, I would still appreciate anyone confirming these are problems and, if possible, reporting any known workarounds.
