I am using estore for renewal buttons in conjunction with your emember program. How do I set the estore default country so when it moves the customer to the PayPal form it shows for the united states. I searched for this and could not find it for membership renewal button use. Thank you.

This comes from your PayPal merchant account setup. If your merchant account is US english then your users will get sent to the US PayPal (this is something PayPal detects automatically).

You can force the language and country that will be used on PayPal using this technique:

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately none of the “fixes” worked to keep payment in US dollars as the default. Paypal kept changing it no matter what country. That’s okay I will live with it.

I had thought it might be as simple as the paypal button add to cart fix which is where you simply add in LC and the local country you want shown in the paypal button code. Thanks for trying though.

That tweak I shared above does exactly that. It simply sets the “lc” value to whatever you specify. What version of the eStore plugin are you using?
