Tagged: invoice, payment center, seo company, services
Hi! We want to setup a payment center where our clients can pay us for the services we have rendered for them. Please take a look at our payment center here:
http://www.4lcg.com/payment-center.html
There are a few things that we would like to be modified.
1. We want to move the shopping cart (the shopping cart appears at the bottom of the page) to a separate page called Pay Your Invoice. The workflow of this page will be for a client to click a link in an email that will automatically fill in the Shopping Cart with the Services and Prices on a particular invoice.
2.The Invoice number needs to be displayed in the shopping cart as well as on the Authorize.net payment page.
3. See the image ‘AuthorizeInfoPage.png’ for notes on the Authorize.net Payment Form notes.

4. Once the ‘Submit button is clicked, we need to direct the client to a page on our website that thanks them for their business and gives them the contact info and a link to go to our Homepage.
5. Then afterwards, we need to send clients a receipt to their purchase.
I hope this makes sense. Thanks!
eStore really isn’t made for invoicing of accounts payable. What I do is ask clients to purchase prepaid hours or services, through eStore.
You can also use eStore’s “Customer can enter a price amount feature”. You basically place a buy option where your customers can enter the amount. You then instruct your customer to go to that URL and pay the invoice mount. The following documentation explains how to use this feature:
Alternatively, PayPal does allow you to directly invoice clients, via email.
