Hello, I have just received an email from a customer saying the second link was not working:
“I have just purchased the package you have on offer at the moment for modules 1 and 2 however the link sent in the email for module 2 doesn’t seem to open and download for me and says that it is an error from the site administration.”.
I have checked the files and they have been uploaded correctly.
Any suggestions?
First, test the link yourself. Go to the “Admin Functions” menu of WP eStore plugin and generate an encrypted download link for this product. Try the download. Does it work for you?

Yes the first link works, but the second link says:
The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.
The problem was due to the following reason:
The download link (see browser address bar) has been used too many times. If you think this reason is in error, please contact the site administrator.
I tested the individual products the same way and they work fine, its just when I bundle the products together that the second link doesn’t work
Ahhhhhaa, I have figured it out!
I restricted the download link to 1 time, and as there was 2 products I just adjusted it to 2 and it works fine
You really should have something like 3 or 4 times. What if the buyer is using a crappy dialup connection? Yes, they still exist in some parts of the world
Yes, the buyer was in the Bahamas on a yacht. It’s all sorted now Thank you
