I activated eShop integration plugin but eShop not works with the WP affiliate, the sales not showing in stats.

I also using CCNOW gateway custom made plugin, so it possible that the problem in?

Using latest versions of all plugins.

The affiliate plugin works with any standard payment gateway that comes with the official eShop package (custom coding is not supported).
