eStore – Sales Count Not Matching Actual Sales

I upload a new file every Monday for purchase. When I look under the eStore STATS page the file I uploaded last Monday shows 28 sales were made last week (the file is only 8 days old). The only sale that was actually made was a test sale I made to myself the day I uploaded the file.

Anyone have any idea what’s going on? Are people stealing my files? Here’s the location:

Hi Greg, Are you using a squeeze form for that product somewhere on your site to give that product away for free?

No. Users drop by the site and purchase the file, receive the encrypted download link onscreen, as well as in a follow-up email. However, my STATS page says I have sold 27 of the latest file. Paypal says I only sold the 1 test file on the day I uploaded it (checking to ensure the live purchase works is the last step in posting a new product and 1st step in our QC methodology).

OK, now I look like an idiot. I ran the updates for the site and rebooted my MAC. Now the numbers match. WEIRDNESS — but thank you for your usual STELLAR customer service. Just one of the reason we buy everything y’all produce.
