eStore – Resending Confirmation Email to People who purchased

Hi, we use the eStore plugin to sell workshops. When people sign up, they get a confirmation email, which is wonderful! We manually re-send out the confirmation email a day before the workshop as a reminder to the participants and I was wondering if there is a way to automate that instead of doing it manually?

Maybe I am not understanding what you are doing. Can you please explain your business case so I understand your setup better?

Yes. Thank you in advance. We offer in-person creative writing workshops (no downloads). Someone signs up for the workshop through eStore. They get a confirmation immediately after purchasing the workshop. The day before the workshop is to take place, we’d like to resend the confirmation to everyone who signed up for the workshop.

I understand what you are doing now. I think a good way to handle this is to use an autoresponder solution (we have integration with a few).

Your setup will be the following:

1) Your eStore product will have a specific list so all the users buying the item will get added to this list

2) Then later, you can send a broadcast to this list (for the product in question).
