estore – repurpose shipping field

I don’t have shipping charges but want to pass through card processing fees to customers. Is there a field to add fees in estore OR

Can I use the shipping field to enter the fee cost or percentage?

and

How do I edit the word shipping on the product page so the customer sees processing fee instead of shipping if this is the only option.

I personally recommend that you include any transaction cost in the product price. Your customers only care about how much total it cost them to purchase an item. All these different little costs that gets added to a transaction can hurt your conversion rate.
