eStore – removing shipping from PayPal

Is there a way to have nothing about shipping appear in PayPal. We sell theatre tickets that are only picked up at the theatre. Customers find it confusing to have to select “Default $0” option at checkout

If you turn off Profile Based Shipping (in your PayPal settings), and do not specify (leave blank) any shipping in the Product Database; it should not be asking.

Can you share a link to the page where we can go and see this? What steps should we take on that page to see the issue?

Profile based shipping is not selected in my settings. When the customer goes to PayPal to check out, they need to select the Default $0 option to complete the checkout process. We have had complaints that the checkout doesn’t work because they don’t get that they need to select the shipping option if there is no shipping.

it’s not the shipping address it’s not having them have to choose a $0 shipping to complete the checkout.

I don’t get any $0 shipping prompt when I try to checkout from your site.

In any case, please apply the tweak I mentioned in my previous email and it will give you what you are after.
