eStore – Remaining copies with variations?

Hi,

As there isn’t a feature to notify me when a product sells out I would like to produce an inventory page that I can see at a glance the number of each item I have in stock.

I see this short code works – [wp_eStore_remaining_copies_counter id=1]

However I would like to use this for the remaining copies of a variation.

For example if one payment button has 3 options, I’d like to be able to display the individual remaining copies of each variation – Is there a shortcode for this?

Inventory control for variations is supported by the Advanced Variations UI Addon:

Hello,

I already have and have used this add on – However my question was about how to use the REMAINING COPIES ([wp_eStore_remaining_copies_counter id=1]) shortcode with the variations.

Say I have a product – a t-shirt… I am selling it in red, green and blue. Using the addon I have put the stock figures in so that the product won’t sell out – But how can I use the ‘copies remaining’ short code to show how many each of red, green and blue there are?

That shortcode won’t work with the advanced variation addon. The advanced variations addon won’t let customers purchase items that sold out. It will give the user a message when someone tries to purchase something that sold out.
