eStore: registration details not sent to customer

    I am using eStore and eMember on a web site. There is a free level and various paid levels where people can view training videos online.

    The first paid membership I set up will have a one time fee:

    When I signup and pay here as a test, the payment is taken and my membership is created at the proper level.

    But in all the emails I receive, there is no email that gives me the registration info, ie a login link, ID and Password.

    I also recevied this email:

    Are you getting any emails from eMember?

    You mentioned one email which is coming from eStore but you should also be getting the “Registration Complete” email from eMember.

    Check your email settings in eMember and make sure that the relevant tags such as the following are inside the email body of the “Registration Complete” section:

    Registration details:

    Username: {user_name}

    Password: {password}

    Also try enabling the checkboxe “Send Notification to Admin” as a test to make sure that the Admin is also getting the email when a user registers.
