I have eStore, eMember, and WP Affiliate. I am setting up a one-time payment membership site. I am doing PayPal sandbox testing on my site. Everything seems to be working, except for refunding. When I make a PayPal sandbox refund, the refund goes through and shows up on eStore but the membership still shows up as active and the user can still login.
I have “Automatic Customer Record Removal” enabled in eStore. Is there anything else I need to set so that refunds automatically cancels membership? Does it take time to process or should the cancelation be immediate?
Thank you.

September 26, 2011 at 8:19 am #37016adminKeymasterWhat value do you have in the “Membership Duration” field of the membership level that this member belongs to?
Please share the content of the following debug file after you issue a refund:
– subscription_handle_debug.log
September 26, 2011 at 7:46 pm #37017PGMemberSubscription Duration is set to “No Expiry or Until Cancelled”. I have included the subscription and eStore debug logs. The eStore debug log shows a refund error and the susbription debug log shows no signs at attempting to cancel membership.
This is the subscription_handle_debug.log:
