Client wants to make her digital ebook available as a download and also as a direct sale from Amazon.

Buy it Now Fancy Box is being used to display the two options. For the Kindle the Product Page URL points to Amazon, which works out well. However, there is also a ‘Buy Now’ button that links to PayPal.

How can the ‘Buy Now’ button be prevented from displaying on the Kindle version?

Use the “Button Redirect Target URL” field to specify the amazon URL for the kindle version of the eStore product. That will make that buy button a link to the URL you specify in the “Button Redirect Target URL” field.

    That’s cool.

Really appreciate how the plugin is well thought out.

Oops! The “Button Redirect Target URL” still goes to PayPal. Cleared browser cache, checked with other browsers. The result is always the same…PayPal.

    Here’s the page: [http://www.itsnevertoolatetomarry.com/its-never-too-late-to-marry/]

The button in question is for the Kindle and about 80% down the page.

What are the three Buy Now shortcodes being used on that page?

The short codes are the same for all three (different IDs, of course).

To eliminate the possibility of malfunctions within the system, I created a new product with the appropriate links and it too went to PayPal.

@rbrassaw, It only works with an Add to Cart button.

“Only use this if you want the Add to Cart button for this product to go to the specified URL above (example: a landing page, sales page) instead of adding the product to the shopping cart. Useful when you are selling/promoting product of others.”

    So use the following shortcode:

    [wp_eStore_fancy1 id=3]
