eStore – Quantities keep changing and resetting

I currently have about 150 items in my eStore. Several items I have set with a quantity of infinity and others I have set quantities between 1 and 300. The problem I’ve been having it that the available quantities are changing on me regardless of what has been sold. Some items aren’t even registering that they’ve been sold and some items get changed from infinity to numbers like 5 or 10.

This has caused problems on about 5 occasions in the past 2 months, where the total changed to something higher and I sold something I didn’t have. Most people are understanding, but it looks bad for my business. Have you been aware of anything like this happening to other customers.

I also randomly get the sale confirmations by email.

Perhaps you should turn on the debug logs for a while, so that any unusual activities can be recorded. This will allow us to analyze the log file and see what happened.
