eStore – purchases not finalizing

I’ve received this message from a customer: “Your site (www.craigvillarrubia.com/acim-documentary) is refusing to finalize the sale. Error message suggests “the owner” check php settings!” When I test purchase myself, it works…however, multiple customers say they can’t make the purchase? Please advise. Thank you.

Do you have the EXACT error message? And the circumstances under which it occurs?

Which payment gateway are you using?
