As of May 17th, the category is not included when checking out using PayPal. This had been working and I have not updated/changed anything. Do you know what’s going on or any recommendations to debug this?

This is from the checkout on the website. See (Ham) in the following:

Deluxe Box Lunch from 3 Peas Catering: NOTE: This is for Friday July 15 only, Noon until 1:00 PM – NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER JUNE 30, 2022 (Ham)

Then I hit the Checkout Using PayPal button.

This is what I see when reviewing the order in PayPal The (Ham) is missing:

    Your cart
1 Deluxe Box Lunch from 3 Peas Catering: NOTE: This is for Friday July 15 only, Noon until 1:00 PM – NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER JUNE 30
    $16.00
    Item total$16.00
    Total$16.00

I see the category when reviewing the orders on my website via Order Management.

For example, See (Ham) in the following:

Deluxe Box Lunch from 3 Peas Catering: NOTE: This is for Friday July 15 only, Noon until 1:00 PM – NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER JUNE 30, 2022 (Ham)

    I appreciate your help.

    I have cleared the cache.

Is there a limit of the cart item name. I am guessing the name is getting truncated for reporting. I did add “NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER JUNE 30, 2022” to the cart item name.

Yes, PayPal has a character limit on the item name so that will create this issue. It’s best to put those additional details in the description field. Your refund policy is usually handled using the terms and conditions on your website. You can enable the terms feature so a customer has to agree tot he terms before checking out.
