eStore plugin causes all other javascript plugins to not work

Hello there,

I purchased and installed eStore today (after finding the Simple Cart plugin didn’t suit my needs). I found, after installing and activating, that the plugin caused a conflict in other javascripts on the site I’m building. Mainly, the theme itself, shortcodes ultimate, nextgen gallery, and popup maker. All of the scripts worked very well prior to the activation of eStore.

I was able to find a partial fix to the theme issue, but it’s a bandaid, as the other scripts are no longer working.
