I am getting these 2 lines when adding shipping costs

Please click the update button to finalize your change!
When the shipping cost is chosen 1 line disappears (as it should) but the 2nd line remains.
I have read in another post that it was suggested to re-install the plug-in. I have done this but the problem remains.
Help is appreciated.
April 15, 2012 at 12:01 am #44102adminKeymasterHi, please post a link to the page where you have the products. What version of eStore are you using? When you re-install, did you delete the old copy and then install a new copy or did you just upload a new copy?
April 15, 2012 at 3:21 am #44103mark4MemberThanks for your reply
A link to one of my pages:
http://earthyphotography.co.uk/object-fine-art-photography/
The version is: WP eStore Settings v 6.5.8
When I re-installed I first deactivated the plug-in and then delated it completely. I then reinstalled with the zip file from a new download that I obtained from yourselves.
April 15, 2012 at 4:19 am #44104adminKeymasterYou seem to have a lot of shopping cart shortcodes in that one page. Can you please remove them all and just put one at the top of the page?
Also, I see a little bit of customization that was done with the plugin. What sort of customization did you do (CSS change, PHP code tweaks)?
April 15, 2012 at 5:28 am #44105mark4MemberThanks again for your prompt answer.
To be honest I am a little unsure when you say ” Can you please remove them all and just put one at the top of the page” could you please explain why? I need to have variable options for each product.
I have not customised the product at all. I am using a ProPhoto template. I have just linked a few pages together with the clickable images at the bottom of the page.
April 15, 2012 at 5:51 am #44106adminKeymasterYou have used a lot of the following shortcode on that page
[wp_eStore_cart_fancy1_when_not_empty]
You only need one of the above shortcode on that page so remove all of them except on near the top of the page.
April 15, 2012 at 10:56 am #44107mark4MemberHi
… yes I had put that code next to each product. I took away all apart from 1 but it did not help.
I also rebuilt that page from new and just inserted the code once – but to no avail.
Your suggestions are welcome.
April 15, 2012 at 11:37 pm #44108adminKeymasterSent you an email to get access to the site so I can check this issue.
April 17, 2012 at 1:34 am #44109adminKeymasterFound the issue. You theme was placing some of the JavaScript code from eStore plugin at the very top of your site (even before the meta arae… befor the actual JQuery library is included in the page). If you view the HTML source of your webpage you will see what I mean. This is why that code was ineffective. When I switch the theme to twenty eleven or twenty ten, the JavaScript code appears correctly and everything works. For the time being, I have manually added the code that was getting put at the very top in the
"Customize-> Advanced -> Custom Code -> Custom JavaScript"
section of your theme and it seem to be working.April 17, 2012 at 1:45 am #44110mark4MemberThank you so much for fixing my problem. I am aware that the estore shopping cart is an inexpensive product what I was not aware of was how good the support level would be that followed with it – amazing!
This is a great product with great support – many thanks!
February 24, 2013 at 11:40 pm #44111WebGuy123MemberHello. I am having the same problem with it showing two lines of text (Please click the update button to finalize your change!).
Please advise if there is a fix for this.
February 25, 2013 at 1:13 am #44112WebGuy123MemberUpdate: The issue appears to only occur when I have the following item checked off in the JS & CSS Script Optimizer plugin:
“Pack scripts using Dean Edwards’s JavaScript Packer”
I unchecked that box and it no longer displays two lines of text. Are there any workarounds that would still allow me to pack the scripts and just show one line of text?
February 25, 2013 at 11:13 pm #44113adminKeymasterHi, I am not really familiar with that other plugin so not sure what it could be messing up. When you use a plugin to “pack” all javascript on the page things can get a little messy. Some JavaScript (for example: your analytics tracking code) need to be in the header and can’t be packed. So if you have a plugin that is blindly taking all javascript and packing it, you will always see some issue if you have a few plugins. The best way to handle this is to selectively pack a few javascript files. You can inspect your site’s source code then specify a few files to be packed.
