I have to sell an ebook, so I made a landing page and use the shortcode [wp_eStore_buy_now_button id=1]; well, if I enter the ebook through the media library of wordpress, after I make payment through paypal and I get the email with the encrypted link, the download works, but if I post the ebook in a different folder, as described in this guide:
by clicking on the link that I get self-generated email, the file does not download but I get this error:
The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.
The problem was due to the following reason:
The download link (see browser address bar) has expired (it’s too old). If you think this reason is in error, please contact the site administrator.
I’m wrong or is there a problem?
Thanks and good job!

Did you update the product configuration (so it is pointing to the updated URL) after you moved the file?
Please go through the following two posts to test and make sure all the setup is correct so the download works. Once the download system is works, it will work fine with the buy now button also.
