Hi,
I have the latest WP eStore , WP payment gateway bundle & Extra Shortcodes for WP eStore installed.
I’m trying to set something up where i am able to sell a service product sold in instalment options i’m using Stripe as the PSP, the user will need to click a link on an email and go straight to the payment detail capture page with the product in the basket. It works but the problem I have is that the payment page requests delivery address info, this is not a needed for this specific (digital) product.
The product in question is set up as a digital product i.e it has ‘Downloadable’ selected. I understand that this should make sure that the checkout does not request shipping details.
The link I am using is like so –
[http://mywebsite.com/checkout/?wp_eStore_add_to_cart=1]
Interestingly if I add the item via a shortcode link ( [wp_eStore_add_to_cart id=1] ) it works as expected however it is not an option for me to use it in this way.
Can you please advise how this can be fixed, preferably without having to buy the additional plugin that allows checkout fields removal, I believe that this should considered a bug.
Thanks,
Stu

Thanks for getting back to me and apologies for the delayed response, I didn’t receive a notification of your update.
OK so I gave it a try, downloaded and re-installed the shortcodes plugin from but unfortunately i’m still seeing the delivery form on the checkout page.
Is there anything else I need to do ?
Thanks
STu
September 16, 2016 at 1:39 am #74074adminKeymasterWhat version of the extra shortcode addon are you using right now? If you go to the plugins menu and check the version, what number do you see there?
Can I test the link? I tried the link you shared earlier but that doesn’t work anymore.
