Tagged: Payment Gateway Bundle, PayPal Pro
I am using the addon Payment Gateway Bundle for PayPal Advanced Payments. This is the only gateway I have selected in both the addon and WP eStore settings and I don’t have the use multiple gateways selected. When I hit the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button in the shopping cart, it directs me to the PayPal website with an error stating the PayPal email address supplied by the seller is not right (I don’t have an email address in this PayPal setting via the WP eStore Settings).
Product page for testing:

What am I missing to get the right gateway to process the payments?
Thank you in advance.
Looks like your “standard PayPal” option is still selected. So it is showing the PayPal checkout option in the drop-down.
Turn off the standard PayPal option. Then clear your cookies from the browser and do a test. Do you still see the same after that?
Thank you for your reply. During the afternoon, I selected several other gateways, then un selected them…and then it worked. I didn’t get a chance to finish and un select the others. The only issue now is resolving: “Error: Invalid Merchant or Merchant doesn’t exist!” error I am getting (even after verifying the credentials several times)…but I believe this is my issue with PayPal and not yours.
Thank you again!
Yeah that error is about your account so PayPal support will be able to help with that.
Is PalPal’s profile based shipping available in the Payment Gateway bundle using Payments Pro? I can’t seem to get it to work…guessing it is not?
PayPal doesn’t offer it in that solution. Nothing we can do in our plugin for that unfortunately.
The following addon might be helpful in achieving something similar though:
