I need to charge customer multiple times for the service being offered, but the 2nd payment date is not set in stone and could take between 2 to 4 months depending on the service contract.

I was trying to use ARB system with 1 total recurring payment, which saved customer information in authorize.net.

However, ARB or subscription system won’t work when customers try to check out multiple services since it’s not connected to the cart.

Background: We are a recruitment company and people can purchase job postings. Each posting will be charged at the time of posting then later when we make successful hire. Customers wants to post multiple jobs.

Is there a way to make Authorize.net AIM to act like CIM?

In other words, you are a “pay per widget” company. You want to collect the billing information only once, and then use it, whenever “another widget” is needed by the same customer.

Is that correct?
