Estore Pay per View – Front end user possibility ?

I am using the pay per view facility on my website to watch video – I currently have a front end user video sharing theme. I want my users to still have front end use uploading their own video content but is it possible to allow them front end use to upload to pay per view – or is this only going to work as an admin ? Thanks.
