eStore – Page not jumping to wp_cart_anchor upon add to cart submission

Hi,

When someone adds an item to their cart, the pale does not jump to the anchor. I do have “Allow Shopping Cart Anchor” selected.

Running WP eStore Settings v 6.9.7.4.

I notice there is no #wp_cart_anchor following the URL when add to cart is clicked.

Can you please post a link to your page so we can take a quick look? Have you enabled the ajax option by any chance?
