eStore – option to download only one item from a selection of five

Hi,

I wonder if you can help me, please?

I have installed both eStore and eMember plugins on a site. What we would like to do is offer the option to pay a subscription to join the exclusive members’ content on website and offer a free pdf download once the subscription is paid for. However, rather than offering a single item download we would like to offer the choice of one download from a selection of five items.

Is there a way to prevent the member from downloading all five items instead of one from the selection?

Hi Ken, This will need to be custom developed. We don’t have anything that will do what you explained at the moment.

Another thought then, perhaps along the lines of providing a list of items and the new member emails their preference as to which one and we provide an encrypted link? Would this be possible?

Yeah that should be possible. You can maybe use a contact form on a page that allows the members to send you their preference. You can then generate the links for those items and reply to them.
