I use one 2CO account for two websites, website A and website B.
I had a purchase at website A, received the payement but it didn’t generated download link. Instead Website B sent purchase notification email with a blank space where download link should be, and repeated it 3 times with one hour delay.
I am confused and can’t find what caused it, can you help?

Unfortunately, 2CheckOut has chosen to only support 1:1, stie:account configurations.
Is it a technical issue or just their terms? I am asking because they are now allowing more than one website with one account.
Admin, sorry for a duplicate question, I used search but didn’t find anything similar.
Did you contact them, to get the multiple sites approved?

Did you remember to set:
WP eStore –> Settings –> General Settings –> General Image and Page URL Settings –> Return URL
They should both be different on the 2 sites.
Thanks for your help, unfortunately this is not the problem. Return url is good, /download/ page with the proper domain.
Additionally:
ipn_handle_debug.log – no records about purchase
eStore_post_payment_debug.log – just one line with generating download link message.
Doesn’t look like you have setup the 2chekcout IPN (they refer to it as INS).
Have you done the following on both sites and is the plugin getting the INS?

I don’t know if 2checkout also allows you to send the INS to TWO sites from ONE account. In the past their model was to have ONE site for ONE account. So have asked them about INS/IPS situation for your setup?
