Hi,
We are having very serious and urgent issue with eStore. Users and Admin are not receiving notifications after sale has been made and in the case of subscription to eMember, emails to complete registration are not being sent to users. It doesn’t also appear that eStore is adding buyers to customer lists also.

The fact that your ipn_handle_debug.log file is empty means that the PayPal IPN is not functioning correctly.

Thanks a lot for your quick response. A few days I sent an email requesting to be sent an upgrade as I am not able to locate my Paypal transaction ID but till now, I haven’t received any response.
Also, my emails have changed and I included the current email in the email I sent to you. Could you please update my email in this forum and also update it in the registered email and respond to me please so I can update the plugin. Maybe that will help.
Like I said my email has changed and if you checked my support request a few days ago you will see my current email address there. Please update your system and response asap so I can get this completed today.

November 10, 2012 at 3:31 pm #50884wendyjorisMemberHi I’m having a similar problem with the combination of Estore and Emember, but here in the Estore Debug log, it actually says the emails have been sent to both buyer and seller, but none of them recieved anything (I know because I was the seller and the buyer with 2 different email addresses, and there is nothing in the spam folder either)
The complete registration email from Emember though IS being sent.
So I’m not sure how this can be resolved.
I just installed Emember today so I’m guessing this is what is causing it since it used to work fine before installing Emember.
I have the latest version of both plugins and I have already tried to deactivate them, and re-install them both, but no luck.

Are you using the same “From Email Address” value in eStore and eMember? You are not required to do that but I am trying to see if its making a difference on your site. Some “from email address” values gets blocked by the mail servers.
What version of eStore and eMember are you using?
