So I’m using WP eStore Version 8.0.7 with Affiliates Manager WP eStore Integration Version 1.0.2 and WP Affiliate Manager Version 2.6.1
The affiliate manager is seeing “views” from affiliate link but not seeing any sales come through and therefore not paying commission.
I checked the eStore stats and although I have made two purchases it is not showing any sales stats at all. I assume this is why the affiliate manager isn’t receiving the sales information either. This is time sensitive for me, please help.
Total Number of Products : 2
Total Number of Coupons : 0
Number of Transactions : 0
Number of Different Items Sold : 0
Total Item Quantity Sold : 0
Total Sales Amount : 0.00 USD
Refund Issued : 0 Transactions
Total Refund Amount : 0.00 USD
Net Sales Amount : 0 USD
Please enable the debug logging option in both the WP eStore and the Affiliates Manager plugins. Then do an affiliate referred test transaction. We will be able to look at the log file and see what it did after that.
Please also provide the following details so I can inspect it:
1) A link to your landing page in question (where you have the payment button)
2) The affiliate link that you are using to test
