eStore not sending product emails to @hotmail addresses

This issue was occurring with @yahoo, however, it’s been fixed since but I forget what the modification was. It seems as though emails to @hotmail are being marked and not delivered. Is there a workaround for this issue?

Can you use the Admin Functions to manually send to a hotmail address?

This type of issue is not related to the plugin (the plugin sends emails to all addresses exactly the same way). Read the following post and it will help you:

I understand that the plugin sends emails the same way to hotmail addresses, but they all get flagged and the email is not delivered. Is there a workaround for hotmail addresses like there was for yahoo addresses?

Are you using SMTP? If not, you should try that (SMTP usually helps in this type of situation).

This is something your hosting provider should be able to help. Tell them that the emails sent from your server gets blocked by hotmail. Maybe the server’s IP address is tainted from a former owner so hotmail blocks email from there.
