eStore – not redirected to checkout page

I have this option enabled, but when I add an item to the cart, redirection to checkout page doe snot happen. Any idea? I am using eMember intergration.

wordpress: 3.5.1

Php version: 5.4.11

estore 6.9.7.4

emember 8.5.7

theme: Akita 1.1.5 (themeblvd)

Hi, Can I take a look at the page where you are using the “Add to Cart” button?

You have entered your checkout page URL in the “Checkout Page” field correct? The “Automatic redirection to checkout page” feature won’t work unless you have entered a checkout page URL as per the documentation here:

Hi, sorry for the delay. I did not get a notice of a reply. In the mean time I had to change directions a bit. I will be setting up a test site (which I should have done in the first place, sigh) and I update this thread. BTW, I do have all those things in place. Could there be an ajax conflict maybe? I had some plugins installed that used (what seemed to me way to much) ajax. I will just have the default theme and only the plugins in question installed and see first if there was a conflict.
