I also am not a programmer AT ALL so I don’t know how to do some of the tests. Please take a look at this and let me know if you see anything that would help.

December 12, 2013 at 9:47 pm #59589PeterMemberThank you. The plugin is working fine and is sending the email correctly after the sale. However, something else is blocking the email which is why it is never arriving in the inbox. Now, that we know that the issue is outside the plugin, there is actually nothing to fix in the plugin.
We have a good checklist that will help you figure out who/what is blocking emails sent from your server. Then you can fix that bit. Please check the following post:
