Hi,
I have issues related to purchased email. When I purchased the item then PayPal is working properly but not sent the purchased email on the Customer’s email address. But the email system is working properly with the Stripe payment gateway.
I have already searched for this issue and my all configuration is properly as per the searched forum solution. So I am not getting what is the wrong in email settings.
I am able to manually send an email, using the Admin Functions, to that email address.
I have reset the log setting still no information getting on that log files.
My WordPress Version is 4.8.14 and WP eStore version is 8.1.6.

Are you referring to the email that is sent from PayPal, or the email that is sent from eStore?
Also, please enable the debug logs, and check for receipt of the IPN and sending of the eStore email.

June 19, 2020 at 2:28 am #80702adminKeymasterIt is likely the PayPal IPN is not enabled or not being received by our plugin. Please make sure to check the following IPN settings in your PayPal account:

[06/19/2020 12:29 PM] – SUCCESS :Processing PayPal PDT…
[06/19/2020 12:29 PM] – SUCCESS :Saving transaction data for thank you page display.
[06/19/2020 12:29 PM] – SUCCESS :Checking if additional action data needs to be displayed on the Thank You page.
Please let me know if something is missing.
June 20, 2020 at 12:57 am #80705adminKeymasterThe plugin is definitely not receiving any IPN data from PayPal. Something on this site is blocking the IPN notification from PayPal. Some security and firewall plugins or server configuration can do this.
This is an issue external to the plugin. So I can only give pointers to check things one by one on your site’s setup to address the issue. The following checklist should be helpful:

<Files *.php>deny from all</Files>
