eStore – not able to remove a category

I have 5 items in a category list and now found the requirement will only be for 3 categories. When I select “edit” for a particular category in the list that I want to get rid of and then click on “delete category” nothing happens and the category remains in the category list.

It should show an “delete confirmation” message. Did you click “yes” in the confirmation message?

Tried deleting categories again – no delete confirmation message appears.
