Hi, I had two sales via PayPal in the last two weeks (just set up eStore and those are the first sales). I did not get an email notification, there was no sales count in the WP eStore system and also no customer data. I only know about the sales because I got an email notification about the payment from PayPal… What could be causing the error?
I am a bit afraid if people chose the payment method direct deposit that I don’t get any notification about it and there is no sale in the end…
Please help.

Using: WordPress 4.7.4, WP eStore Version 7.4.4
It is likely the eStore plugin is not receiving the IPN message from paypal.
Please enable the debug log option in the plugin settings then do a test transaction so we can confirm if the plugin is getting the IPN notification or not. The following post will explain what to do:
