eStore -My eStore plugin is not showing up in the plugins area after upgrading

I downloaded the latest version of eStore

I deactivated it and uploaded the new version

I forgot to turn off wp super cache though, now I cannot find the eStore plugin

please help!

You don’t need to turn off any plugin to upgrade eStore. Something else is messed up. Do the following to cleanup.

1) Log in via FTP and go to the plugins directory then clean up any trace of the eStore plugin

2) Don’t upload the plugin via FTP (you are most likely making a mistake when uploading via FTP)

3) Go to the WordPress’s plugins menu in the WP admin dashboard.

4) Hit the “Add New Plugin” link

5) Upload a fresh copy of eStore (the zip file you downloaded from our site) and then activate it from there
