I sent my client a sample download using the Admin Function /Download generator. I copied the URL (but not the product name) and sent her the link by email. She reports that although the link appears to point her to a zip file “the zip file seems empty”. Unfortunately this was a voice mail message late on Friday afternoon and I wasn’t able to catch her before the weekend for more information.

Since she is considering whether to promote this product (a product for tourists and its the vacation season) to her 2 million members, I would be really grateful if we could get this download function working ! I have sent her a CD, but would like to have confidence in the download facility.

What should I look at ? What do you need to know to investigate ?
