I have installed the Manual Checkout Form Builder AddOn and deleted some of the fields that are not required. Screenshot: pasteboard.co/HaQoW3E.png
When I try to check out with a $0 cart (redeeming a gift voucher), all the default fields are still shown. It’s as if the new plugin isn’t active, which it is.
Is there something I need to do to activate the modified form?
I am using an iThemes Builder child theme, on WP version 4.9.4, eStore 8.0.1.

If the total is > $0 does it work?

BUT…we’re using Paypal when there is a value in the cart. We are not using Manual checkout for anything except zero value sales because Paypal doesn’t like them.
March 13, 2018 at 9:22 am #77428adminKeymasterThe voucher generation addon actually has its own form that it uses for the checkout. That has no relationship with the manual checkout form. These are 2 completely different checkout processes and uses 2 different forms (so they can carry out the different tasks that need to be carried out).
I am not sure how you are sending the $0 checkout (after voucher application) to the manual checkout form? It is suppose to go the voucher checkout form. I will need to log into your site and load fresh copies of our plugin to make sure there is no customization that has been done to it that is messing things up. I have sent you an email for it.
February 20, 2020 at 3:08 am #77429cdeskMemberI have a $0 checkout after voucher scenario the same as this original customer. Is there anyway to edit that form? It looks like the manual checkout add on does nto work for this form? Please clarify.
We would like to be able to remove the required fields, so only name and email are required.
Thank you.
February 21, 2020 at 4:03 am #77430adminKeymasterThe voucher checkout has to collect some info so it can process it like a Paypal payment. It can’t be treated as a normal offline/manual payment. These two need to be separate. I can maybe do a customization for you but that will need to handled using the following:
