eStore – Manual checkout does not email Software License Manager plugin license

[Keypoint Forensics]

Would like to list a product for $0.00. Tested manual checkout. WP eMember account successfully created and a license is also successfully created using the Software License Manager plugin. However, the generated license is not emailed to the user. The user currently has no way of knowing their license without the administrator manually emailing them.

Could this feature be added? Ultimately, I would like the user to be able to checkout with a $0.00 cost item and receive their license by email.

Did you remember to add the {slm_data} tag to the email template?

Have the following tags in “Buyer Email Body”:

{product_details}

{slm_data}

However, manual checkout sends an email with an entirely different format and does not include license data.

For manual checkout, the purchaser receives an email like the following:

Details of Ordered Product: 1

---

Product ID:

Product Name:

Price: $0.00

Quantity: 1

Figured it out. Had to also add {slm_data} to “Directions for the Customer” in Payment Gateway Settings.
