Hi,
We are selling registrations to events. Each event will be a separate product, as it will require unique communications and values. I expect there to be a large quantity of events building up over the years. I do not want to delete the products / events, as I want to keep them for records in the system of what we sold.
Is there a way to archive products? The only way I am thinking at the moment is to change the name to allow sorting to push old products to the bottom of the list, but that means I am changing data to accommodate UI which is awkward at best.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
Chad
Hello Chad, you might want to read this support thread that explains how to export the products.
Kind regards
Exporting the product(s) data for the sake of keeping records of old products seem like a good idea actually. We can add a button in the product management screen to allow product data exporting to a CSV file if that will help.
We have this same issue as well. Is there a way to archive old products just like you can archive old orders?
Just delete the product.
If I delete the product, will it erase all the stats for those deleted products?
No, stats won’t get deleted.
