Hi,
I sell digital products that need a license key to be activated. I created a eStore product and added 2.500 random keys in the Serial Key Settings, all separated with a comma. Then followed the instructions to the letter.
When I test purchased the product, the confirmation mail (which contained the {serial_key} tag, listed all the 2.500 keys. And now all the keys are gone from the eStore product!
So I have several questions, I hope you can help me out with:
1. Why does my confirmation mail have all 2.500 keys? I expected to just have one…
2. Are the keys removed from the eStore product when given to a customer? or is there a database that keeps track of which key has been issued?
3. What if I sell (really hope so) more than the 2.500 products? can I just add more keys or are there other steps needed to be taken?

Hi, have you enabled debug so we can see why so many keys are getting issued by the eStore plugin: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
Regarding your questions:
2) Every time a key is sent to the customer eStore removes it from the database (Serial Number/License Key Settings->Your Codes
).
3) You will need to continually add more keys so the serial keys never run out for that particular product.
