eStore-IPN debug file is wrong. Customer never received email

My customer placed an order, the transaction appears in paypal, but not in estore manage customer file. I’m not notified of sale. This has happened on 10%+ of transactions.

This is the last customer IPN log. It was NOT a success!

Is this debug correct? I mean is this from a recent test sale that you did? Do the following so we get a clean debug capture:

1) Go to eStore settings and hit the “reset debug files” button.

2) Now, do a test traction and share the content of the debug file from your test.

Hi, Can you please share the data of the IPN handler debug log file? If that file is empty then check the following checklist to correct the mistake and the plugin will start working:
